Reviewing Statement
All refereed papers were subject to blind peer review by at least two reviewers, and comments returned to the author. Authors were then required to make changes and if necessary, a further review conducted before final approval. The chair of the peer review committee was Associate Professor Graeme Johanson.
Ø This CD is not being issued with an ISBN as it is not for general consumption.
Ø However, the contents are published for public consumption on the CCNR website (www.ccnr.net/prato2006).
Ø Publication on a website meets academic requirements (E1) for a conference publication for Australian participants.
