This site should load very quickly. It has been designed with Cascading Style Sheets and xhtml, with accessibilty for people with vision and motor disabilties in mind. The underlying code makes it easier for text-to-speech readers and other devices to work well.
If you don't know what Style Sheets are, you might like to learn about their potential for simplifying site maintenance, using less bandwidth, and general good design practice!
Instead of having to rebuild your code on each page every time you wish to implement a new look, you can change the style sheet (usually one file). Content and presentation are completely separated. The place to start learning the right way to build a web page is the World Wide Web Accessibility Initiative's Cascading Style Sheets resource pages. For information about xhtml, also start with the W3C's xhtml resources.
The site has a print stylesheet attached. It will work with IE and Opera.
